We are seeking a highly motivated, well-rounded staffing professional to step into a true 360 role to drive revenue within the direct-hire healthcare vertical. Owning both recruitment and business development , the ideal candidate has the expertise needed to close deals on both sides. The Opportunity: Prospect, develop, and win new client partnerships across hospital systems and healthcare organizations Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, and close Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted hiring partner Identify market opportunities and strategically expand your client base Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire roles Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to your active job orders Manage the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, qualification, interview prep, offer negotiation, and close Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience from first call through start date What You Bring: 3+ years of healthcare staffing or agency experience Proven success in both client generation and candidate placement preferred Strong sourcing, closing, and negotiation skills Proven track record of exceeding KPIs, crushing revenue targets, and a reputation for top-performance An athlete's mindset: competitive, self-accountable, action-oriented, and confident in thriving within a high-performance, results-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr GQR
