You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. Each Behavior Analyst has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time with us, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems. The role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate.
