Our client is seeking a dedicated welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be an integral part of the fabrication department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hanover, PA

Shift: All shifts available on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Perform TIG, MIG, and spot welding on wire, sheet metal, and fabricated components according to job specifications.
• Fabricate products by cutting, forming, fitting, and assembling materials using fabrication tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Set up welding machines, jigs, fixtures, and fabrication equipment for standard production jobs.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality, strength, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

What's Needed?

• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques for carbon and stainless steel.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and fabrication machinery effectively and safely.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring components are fabricated to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
