Overview Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care | Geneva, New York | start 09/15/2026 | 22 weeks | $745-$765 per week | Guaranteed hours: 0.0 | shift: 3x8 evenings | setting: Skilled Nursing Facility | travel - temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC Key Highlights Weekly pay: $745-$765 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 22 weeks Shift: 3x8 evenings Start date: 09/15/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Holiday coverage required during the holiday season Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric residents under RN supervision Collect data on residents’ physical and psychosocial status and communicate findings to the RN and the interdisciplinary team Contribute to development and modification of an age-appropriate plan of care, involving residents and families Implement and revise nursing interventions to achieve resident outcomes; coordinate referrals as needed Maintain current nursing knowledge and participate in continuing education and inservice programs Demonstrate leadership within the professional practice setting and uphold safety standards for residents and staff Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New York BLS certification (American Heart Association or RQI-compliant) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience as an LPN, with prior LTC exposure preferred Ability to provide care to adult and geriatric residents and to work the evening shift Knowledge of growth and development across the adult to geriatric lifespan Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and follow established policies and procedures Benefits and Support Assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC with a dedicated recruiter Ongoing travel and assignment assistance throughout the contract Competitive weekly pay and payroll processing on a per-week basis 22-week assignment with potential for continued opportunities around holiday season Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
