# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 14, 2026 **Location:** Smyrna, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Every other weekend required; floating in rotation with full-time staff and other travel nurses**Highlights:** - 16-bed Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 patient ratios ensuring quality patient care- State-of-the-art equipment including GE Monitors, Drager ventilators, Pyxis medication dispensing system, and Nova glucometers- Meditech documentation system for streamlined charting- Trauma III certified facility providing advanced critical care- Collaborative unit with dedicated tech support- Exposure to advanced procedures including trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion**Requirements:** - Current Tennessee RN license or compact state license- BLS and ACLS certifications required- Strong ventilator and sedation management skills- Proficiency in medication titration- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities- Experience with AIDET methodology and patient-centered communication**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This ICU role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your critical care skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
