Digital Marketing Specialist

Description Trades Holding Company | Columbus, OH or Cleveland, OH (Hybrid) Trades Holding Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the digital lead generation and performance marketing programs for the Mr. Rooter brand. This role will coordinate with agencies, digital marketing vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage reporting, monitor performance, track projects, and support customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with lead generation programs and understands key performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and attribution. What You'll Do Coordinate digital marketing and lead generation initiatives Manage agency communications and project execution Monitor campaign performance and KPI reporting Maintain dashboards and business reporting Support paid search, local search, website, and lead generation programs Track action items, deliverables, and marketing initiatives Qualifications 3-5 years of digital marketing, performance marketing, or agency experience Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition programs Strong analytical and project management capabilities Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, reporting platforms, and marketing analytics Excellent communication and organizational skills Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Location: Hybrid, Columbus or Cleveland preferred Join a growing marketing organization and help drive the digital lead generation programs that power one of the most recognizable brands in the home services industry. #INDTH #J-18808-Ljbffr
