About the Role The Digital MarketingSpecialistwill play a vital role within The Advocates’ in-house marketing team, collaborating on all aspects of the firm’s online marketing efforts.The role’s focus will be onbuilding andoptimizingpaid campaigns to driveleads and increase brand awareness as wellascoordinating with the creative teamon the publication of new social and web content. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads,andWordpress, along with a strong understanding ofGoogle Analytics and relevant campaign performance metrics. The Digital MarketingSpecialistwill report directly to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities: Manage and create digital campaigns to drive inbound inquiries from prospective clients Coordinate withthecreative team to publish and promotenew contentfor the website as well as social media Report on campaign performance, with an emphasison acquisition costs Maintain focus on trendsrelated to both the legal industry and search marketing Oversee website updates, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content enhancements to drive lead generation Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic Qualifications: 2+years ofexperience in digital marketing with a proventrack recordofsuccessful campaign management(required) Extremely comfortable working with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads,Wordpress, and Excel (required) 2+yearsofexperience within a digital agency(preferred) Associate's degree or higher (preferred) Motivated team player whoisn'tafraid to ask questions Data drivenmindsetwith the ability to test and refine campaigns Ability toeffectively test campaigns, report on results, and implement findingsacross key markets Base Salary: $75,000-90,000/ year Health Coverage: Up to 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (buy-up options available) Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching Commuter Benefits: ORCA Card program or reimbursed parking Wellness: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) U.S. Standard Demographic Questions We invite applicants to share their demographic background.
