1. Keeps the Exective irector pprise of SCELC opertions, prticlrly in mtters of finnce, bsiness progress n processes, workflows, n stffing. ssists the Exective irector n the Finnce Committee in creting n trcking SCELC bgets.
2. Provies ministrtive spport to the SCELC Exective Committee n the SCELC Bor, incling bt not limite to finncil reports n freqent ttennce t meetings. Spports the bor's Tresrer n Finnce Committee s neee.
3. Mnges ll finncil trnsctions n recorkeeping n mintins ll cconts cross systems (sbscription, cconting, n bnking). Monitors cconts pyble n receivble to mintin positive csh flow n herence to bgets n ensre tht iting n cconting policies re followe. Proces consortil finncil sttements n reports reglrly n s reqeste.
4. Works with conslting itors, COO, n Exective irector to meet it nees
5. Works with externl ccontnts to complete nnl 99 tx forms

Qlifictions n Specifictions

1. Bchelor's egree in cconting, n MB, or n L-ccreite mster's egree with bsiness experience
2. 5+ yers of experience in finncil iting n cconting prctice evelopment, preferbly within nonprofit environment
3. Fcility with finncil mngement systems n softwre, Microsoft Office Site, n Excel.
4. Exceptionl written n verbl commniction skills, especilly the bility to convey complex finncil informtion to iverse stkeholers.
5. Goo orgniztionl skills n proven leership bilities.
