ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 1987 and currently lead a team of six. I've been in the insurance industry for over 40 years and still enjoy helping customers protect what matters most. Family is a big part of my life, and I believe the relationships we build with both our customers and our team are what make this career so rewarding. Giving back to the community has always been important to me. Our agency enjoys supporting local organizations and staying actively involved in the communities we serve. Our agency offers health, dental and vision benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team with the resources and flexibility they need to build successful, long-term careers. Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and drama-free. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kert Leblanc - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS
