Step into a dynamic surgical environment and contribute your expertise across a range of specialty services, including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics. This role requires a highly skilled professional committed to delivering safe patient care in a fast-paced operating room setting.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00)
• Every other weekend required
• Variable on-call responsibilities (details discussed during interview)

• Minimum of 4 years of recent Operating Room experience prior to travel
• Proficiency in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic procedures
• Experience as an ORT, Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-certified)
• Open to first-time travelers meeting all experience requirements
• Willingness to float within the facility and outpatient settings as needed
• Ability to pass clinical screening for fit and compliance

• Assist surgeons throughout procedures in a variety of operative specialties
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields
• Support the surgical team with efficient turnover and setup for diverse case types
• Participate in ongoing patient care within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards in perioperative care
• Flexibility to adjust to the demands of a multi-specialty operating room and float as needed

• Maximum of 7 days requested time off allowed
• Full compliance is required for a timely start; delays in compliance may affect orientation timing
