Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout assigned surgical cases
• Participate in on-call coverage, including up to 5 call shifts per month which may include weekends
• Adhere to scheduled weekend shifts as assigned, which may occur every weekend or every other weekend
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to start and annually thereafter
• Float within the facility as needed to support operational demands

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability and willingness to participate in on-call scheduling, including weekend call
• Willingness to float within the facility as required
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Lead nurses)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a perioperative or surgical setting
• Familiarity with scrub and circulator roles within the OR
