Senior Accountant

Provide financial analysis and postings of amounts to financial reports and schedules. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly postings to the financials directly and indirectly into the accounting software. Perform reconciliation of accounts to subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Complete monthly financial reporting in corporate-provided reporting modules. Support month-end closing and closing of system modules. Analyze daily, month-end and year-end P&L and balance sheet activity. Prepare and post journal entries and allocations across multiple companies. Reconcile bank accounts and post bank activity. Reconcile bank accounts and post bank activity. Reconcile AR/AP intercompany accounts and prepare related charges/credits. Support invoicing and collection of accounts receivable. Reconcile bank accounts and post bank activity. Perform general accounting activities and review financial postings. Ensure correct financial information and adhere to quality assurance. Support internal and external audit. Follow SOPs, internal controls, accounting policies, SLAs and KPIs; maintain accounting documentation. Mainly works with Key Accountant and other relevant departments. Participate in continuous improvement. Cross-train to provide backup across accounting areas.

Minimum 5 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
