Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Summary of Role: Shift Details: Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, or until work is completed and Saturday 6am-2pm, or until work is completed Pay Details: $37/hr-$41/hr This job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Responsibilities Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency. Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery. Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities. Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution. Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity. Education Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Skills and Knowledge 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required. Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
