Quick Facts: Location: Brattleboro, VT (17 Belmont Avenue) Start Date: 05/29/2026 Duration: Permanent full-time position Shift: Day shift, 40 hours/week, no weekends or holidays Employment Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE) License/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont or ability to obtain Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (salary equivalent $115,000 - $135,000 annually) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Support urology surgeons in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Develop and execute individualized treatment plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including office-based procedures Assist with urologic surgeries and office procedures Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and post-operative care Coordinate follow-up and ongoing care with team members Adhere to universal precautions and safety standards in a clinical environment Support clinical and administrative operations alongside licensed and support staff What You Need: Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Vermont or eligibility to obtain Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to patient safety and care quality About the Assignment: This position is based at a leading facility in Brattleboro, Vermont, supporting a well-established urology department in a hospital-owned medical practice.
