Collections Specialist (B2B)

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of national, multi-location accounts. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a salary up to $80K depending on experience.



Responsibilities:

• Manage collections for business accounts across multiple locations
• Perform outbound calls and email outreach to resolve outstanding balances
• Review aging reports and prioritize accounts effectively
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth resolution
• Negotiate payment terms and maintain detailed account notes

Requirements:

• 3 years of B2B collections experience
• Experience working with business accounts (not consumer collections like auto, mortgage, or credit cards)
• Experience managing national or multi-location accounts
