Healthcare Business Analyst

To support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the full-time remote Healthcare Business Analyst will manage requirements management, backlog refinement, and stakeholder engagement while translating complex healthcare regulations into actionable technical solutions. Key responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Lead requirements elicitation sessions and facilitate backlog grooming to ensure readiness for development teams Analyze healthcare datasets and validate data accuracy to support reporting and dashboard design activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments Prior experience with federal and state healthcare policies and regulatory requirements Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
