Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support resident rehabilitation and functional independence
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated resident care
- Maintain compliance with skilled nursing facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Arizona
- Current NBCOT certification
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
