Engineering Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing program execution from concept through production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through implementation and production. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and key deliverables. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Qualifications: Experience managing engineering programs in a manufacturing environment. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and production launches. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and KPI reporting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
