Date: Jul 15, 2026 Location: San Antonio, TX, US, 78219 Req ID: 260931 Job Location: San Antonio, TX Work days/Shift Hours – First 90 days on morning shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Then afterwards they will either be on a 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on the business need. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for sanitizing various equipment within designated work area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all necessary caps are in proper locations.
• Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals.
• Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
• Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Train new team members.
• Communicate with management on daily basis.
• Create work orders when needed or assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation supply inventory.
• Review daily CIP chart data.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred. Experience: 0 - 3 general work experience required. Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment. Ability to operate various equipment. Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets. Forklift certification a plus.
