What You’ll Do Advise Court leadership on people, organizational, and HR matters Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, professional development, and policy development Coach managers through difficult employee and organizational situations Strengthen employee engagement, retention, communication, and employee voice Use employee feedback and workforce information to guide decisions Supervise and develop the HR Specialist Improve HR systems, processes, and practices Move comfortably between strategy and execution Support a workplace culture built around fairness, professionalism, trust, and employee experience Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Are a people-focused and strategic HR professional Build trust and relationships across different levels of an organization Use sound judgment when situations do not have simple answers Look beyond the policy to understand the issue underneath Coach managers rather than simply handing them solutions Use feedback, observation, and workforce information to identify organizational needs Look for ways to improve systems and practices Balance consistency and fairness with sound judgment Communicate clearly, directly, and with empathy See workplace culture as something shaped through everyday leadership decisions Strong HR fundamentals and employment law knowledge are expected. We are looking for someone who sees those as the starting point of HR, not the entirety of the work.
