Staff Up is hiring Holiday Décor Laborers . This position is responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, sorting, organizing, and storing holiday decorations and related materials.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload holiday decorations, lighting, greenery, ornaments, containers, tools, and related materials.
• Move materials between company vehicles, trailers, warehouse areas, staging areas, and storage locations.
• Sort, count, label, organize, and stage decorations according to job or storage instructions.
• Handle decorations carefully to prevent damage, breakage, tangling, or loss.
• Inspect materials for visible damage and report missing or damaged items to a supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free loading, unloading, warehouse, and staging areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions, company procedures, and all safety requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work a flexible seasonal schedule.
• Warehouse, moving, delivery, or general labor experience is helpful but not required .
• Must follow safe lifting and material-handling practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds .
• Assistance will be provided for heavier items.
• Must be comfortable working in warehouse, loading, unloading, and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and changing weather.
• Must use required PPE and follow all workplace safety procedures.
