Preferred Qualifications Must be a licensed mental health provider (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LISAC). Training in Gambling Addiction treatment delivered by clinical industry leaders. Flexible scheduling through our custom scheduling system. Comprehensive clinical guidelines and support from leaders throughout our provider community. Templates and databases to spend less time on administrative tasks. Virtual software and technology to make seeing a patient easy. Operational support: we handle all client acquisition, billing, support, and operational needs. What You’ll Do Provide therapy for adult patients on your preferred schedule. Work with adult patients to identify areas of concern and compile a treatment plan. Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements. Collaborate with other clinicians and our dedicated administrative team members to provide evidence‑based modalities tailored to an individual patient's needs. Who You Are You have an unrestricted license to provide therapy in at least one state (and ideally multiple states) as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or LISAC. Minimum 2 years of post‑graduate experience. You are comfortable offering care virtually and have some basic familiarity with technology. You have training and experience in CBT, MI, or other evidence‑based modalities of care. You are committed to high‑quality clinical care, but want to advance your career by expanding your capabilities through additional training and partnership with industry‑leading clinicians. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with other providers and administrative team members.
