Job Skills :
Ideally a two year experience in a fast paced setting like a No Fault Work Comp outpatient or a high volume general ortho and chiropractic clinic where you managed at least four people per hour
Good English skills and clear communication are a must

Salary and Benefits:

PREVALING WAGE DETERMINATION NYC PT KINGS COUNTY:
We provide a competitive salary package, which includes Level 1 and Level 2 Prevailing Wage Determination in NYC Brooklyn for a full time role with a base salary of $75,000 scale up to $83,500.
WORK HOURS: 40 to 43 hours a week; three 10 hour shifts, one 8 hour shift, one 4-5 hour shift. M-Friday. Weekends are only upon emergency backup only. Small group fitness environment no manual therapy
PAID TIME OFF : Additionally, we offer generous paid time off for holidays and vacation we respect your need to travel internationally at a point in time during your tenure to full fill family obligations
BONUS STRUCTURE : For higher production levels, we design a solid realistic and attainable success metric to help you reach your advanced financial goals as we expand (to be discussed). This extra money can be used to fund your trips vacations or rainy day fund. The harder you work the more you get.
CONTINUING EDUCATION: Our clinic is like no other, our residency in the NeuroCorrective Wellness Method will take you light years ahead of your peers even if you never had any experience in orthopedic outpatient
DOCUMENTATION: Our documentation process is lightning fast thanks to our EMR evaluations and pattern recognition systems, which take only 4 minutes, and our notes, which take just 30 seconds that even a novice can get amazing results without ever taking home their notes after work. Additionally we have medical scribes that assist with authorizations and and progress reports to ease your burden as you dictate your notes
COTREATS AND MENTORSHIP : If you ever come across a strange case, you can conduct co Evals and cotreats with the owner via telehealth anytime all the time in real time mentoring on demand. You will never feel alone always feel supported
TRAINING: extensive on the job coaching and training to ensure you feel confident and certain in your role. You will never feel overwhelmed. No massages and no manual therapy needed ever
SUPPORT STAFF: Our support staff aides are well-trained in communication and programming and coaching patients with custom strength and conditioning plans.
ATTORNEYS AND LEGAL : Additionally, we provide a skilled attorney and iron clad set up to ensure you are moving swiftly through your sponsorship experiences and ultimately get your work authorization in a reasonable time frame.
HOUSING AND TRAVEL: our connections will help you find housing and reduce your travel to work so you have more free time to enjoy life outside of your job if you need that we can help
