Customer Data Analyst
Abito Corp. is a leading garment and cotton knit fabric supplier with our own factory in the USA. Our goal is to produce and supply garments locally and worldwide. As a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient organisation, we maintain incredibly high standards of apparel production. We are currently seeking a meticulous and insightful Customer Data Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for driving our business forward by transforming raw customer data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will help us better understand our customer base, optimise our marketing efforts, and enhance our product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organise customer data from various sources, including sales records, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
- Analyse datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behaviour.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Perform customer segmentation to support the development of targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Measure the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for uncovering insights from data.
