Enhance your expertise with advanced financial modeling and analytics.Job DescriptionSenior Pricing Analyst OverviewThe Senior Pricing Analyst will lead financial modeling and pricing strategies for complex client arrangements, focusing on profitability and strategic insights.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present actionable financial recommendations and enhance decision-making processes.Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to maintain and refine precedent databases and pricing frameworks.Develop detailed budgets, staffing assumptions, and scenario analyses tailored to diverse legal matters.Prepare financial aspects of client RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.Mentor junior analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring analytical consistency.Stay informed on market trends to continuously improve pricing strategies and capabilities.Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Senior Pricing Analyst Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and defend financial models projecting impacts of pricing arrangements.Evaluate financial exposure and risks, suggesting alternative pricing structures.Communicate pricing recommendations and profitability projections to senior stakeholders.Collaborate with attorneys to build detailed client and matter budgets.Prepare financial aspects of client RFP responses for existing and prospective clients.Track and analyze fee adjustments and account receivable write-offs.Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring analytical accuracy and consistency.Stay updated on legal market pricing trends to enhance firm capabilities.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the pricing team.Senior Pricing Analyst Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA preferred.3-6 years of experience in pricing or similar roles, preferably in professional services.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel and data manipulation.Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Elite 3E, and SQL.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex numerical data effectively.Excellent communication skills for presenting financial metrics and insights.Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships at all levels.Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
