Responsibilities for Senior Pricing Analyst:

• Develop and present financial models to evaluate proposed fee arrangements and pricing strategies
• Analyze profitability, financial exposure, and risk associated with client engagements and alternative fee arrangements
• Partner with attorneys to create detailed matter budgets, staffing models, and pricing scenarios
• Communicate pricing recommendations and financial insights to partners and firm leadership
• Conduct data analysis and precedent research to support pricing decisions and maintain pricing databases
• Assist with the financial components of client RFPs and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and other departments to ensure fee arrangements are properly implemented and monitored

Requirements for Senior Pricing Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 3-6+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to various stakeholders
• Experience with Elite 3E, SQL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
