Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and a demonstrated ability to support attorneys with document preparation, client communication, and case management. Please include a resume, and cover letter with application. Responsibilities Prepare USCIS and EOIR filings including asylum applications, waivers, motions, and adjustment packages Draft affidavits, organize supporting evidence, and communicate with clients in a timely and respectful manner Maintain and update case management software and case tracking systems About the Company At Liberty Legal, we are more than a law firm—we are a team of advocates committed to protecting the rights, dignity, and future of immigrants and their families.
