Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established HVAC company in the Round Rock area that is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Scheduler to join their team!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8am – 5pm

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments for technicians.
• Prioritize and manage daily scheduling based on urgency and technician availability.
• Maintain and update scheduling queues and appointment backlogs.
• Schedule set-outs, punch appointments, occupied calls, roughs, and other HVAC-related work.
• Communicate with builders, superintendents, field personnel, and internal departments to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Monitor schedule changes and make adjustments throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and enter scheduling information into company software.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred.
• HVAC, construction, or home services experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
