Property Manager Brooklyn, NY 125-150k Role Overview We are a large real estate company based in Brooklyn seeking a Property Manager to oversee maintenance, lead staff and vendors, ensure safety, and maintain tenant satisfaction across our apartment portfolio. Responsibilities Supervise and manage maintenance staff, subcontractors, and service providers. Plan and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs. Coordinate building maintenance schedules and vendor services to minimize disruptions for residents. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and property management protocols. Monitor building systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and proactively address issues. Communicate regularly with tenants and building management about ongoing maintenance. Track and manage maintenance budgets efficiently. Requirements Prior experience in property or building management overseeing staff and subcontractors. Strong organizational and communication skills.
