TERRITORY

\n

We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:

\n

\n
• Akron, OH
\n
• Canfield, OH
\n
• Highland Heights, OH
\n
• Westlake, OH
\n

\n

\n

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

As part of our Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Team , you’ll work directly with builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies in your local market.

\n

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• Make 80+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day to build your sales pipeline
\n
• Learn how to research and qualify accounts in your assigned territory
\n
• Master Pella products, the construction industry, and Gunton’s proven sales process
\n
• Build and deliver compelling value propositions that show customers how we help them grow profits
\n
• Manage customer information using our CRM system
\n
• Ride along with experienced outside sales reps to learn field sales, relationship-building, and product installation
\n
• Visit local permit offices monthly to identify new construction opportunities
\n
• Develop professional sales skills that will set you apart for the rest of your career
\n

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Area Sales Manager

\n

\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• A recent bachelor's degree graduate or graduating by January 2027
\n
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
\n
• Excited about starting a career in professional sales
\n
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
\n
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
\n
• Ability to lift and carry sales tools up to 50 lbs
\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Sales internship or leadership experience
\n
• Interest in construction, real estate, or building products
\n

\n

\n

COMPENSATION

\n

\n
• Base salary plus uncapped commission
\n
• Average first-year earning potential: $65,000 - $120,000
\n
• Top performers on our Outside Sales team may earn $200,000 or more annually
\n
• Clear path to outside sales and leadership roles
\n
