Welder Join our fabrication shop specializing in custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks, with a focus on welding .045 Flux Core. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints for various welding and fabrication tasks. Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks. Weld using .045 Flux Core techniques. Conduct Mig Welding, torch cutting, and structural welding. Inspect welds and ensure they meet quality standards. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Mig Welding, torch cutting, and blueprint reading. Experience in structural welding and fabrication. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core Welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 5-6 years of welding experience is preferred, but less experience will be considered. Certification in welding is advantageous, or the ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test. Why Work Here? Work Environment: Work in a modern manufacturing shop that is just a few years old, with a small team of approximately 5-10 people. The position is on the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
