General Anesthesiologist needed for an ongoing locum tenens physician job . Provide anesthesia care for adult, pediatric, trauma, OB, neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia cases in an inpatient setting. This assignment offers ongoing coverage.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,980-$10,520
• Start Date: 9/9/2026
• Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage needed
• Schedule: Clinic and call coverage
• Call Type: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day
• Shifts Needed: Approximately 7-14 shifts per month
• Case Mix: Adult, pediatric, trauma, OB, neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia cases

Anesthesiology Job Requirements

• Active license required
• DEA required
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends
• Ability to provide care for adult, pediatric, trauma, OB, neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia cases

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult, pediatric, trauma, OB, neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia cases
• Administer general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia as clinically appropriate
• Manage obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular, and orthopedic anesthesia cases
• Perform procedures such as central line placement and arterial line placement
• Monitor ventilation and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues during care
• Participate in clinic and call coverage, including weeknight and weekend call responsibilities
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiology teams
