Position Responsibilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain the Payroll inbox.
• Can handle high pressure and a fast-paced work environment, handle ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
• Ability to efficiently organize work duties and manage projects.
• Collect, summarize, and input timekeeping information ensuring that all supervisory timekeeping approvals are obtained. Also entering information into the HRIS system via imports.
• Prepare payroll imports on a weekly basis for assigned stores based on employee and manager requests, located in one or more assigned regions.
• Provide customer service to all employees regarding time, payroll, accrued sickness and vacation questions. Resolve all discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain database regarding entering new hires, deactivating terminated employees and all related personnel maintenance.
• Maintain the integrity of all payroll-related reports, including year-end reporting and annual employee tax documents.
• Provide support to the benefits and human resources department for various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent payroll experience in a high-volume environment
• UKG experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet processing deadlines.

• Excellent employee relations experience necessary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
