Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative for Automotive and Residential Glass Sales

Position Description:

As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. This position is responsible for handling customers from the start of their experience with Glass Doctor until the handoff with the technician. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer feedback. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and close quotes.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• Order parts for upcoming residential, commercial and auto jobs.
• Schedule appointments for auto, residential and commercial installs.
• Assist walk-in customers
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to navigate new computer systems
• Professional appearance and personality
