**Production Lead**(Weekday Nights)**Position Summary**This position is responsible for, under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving defined department goals and ensuring that all department standards required for the team are met in the manufacturing of high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems consistent with established production and quality standards. The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.Schedule & Shift Information (Important)We operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.Training PeriodDuring initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)Post-Training ScheduleAfter training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:Weekday Night: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AMRotating ScheduleSchedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.CompensationBase rate: $25.00 per hourShift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedulesOvertime paid in accordance with applicable laws**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
