Join a dynamic team and play a key role in the hiring process! We are seeking an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support the Operations Manager with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and daily office operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:  
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our hiring process, ensuring we attract and select the best talent. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers alike.
- Assisting in the preparation of job postings and managing recruitment platforms to attract diverse talent.
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate activities and providing data-driven insights to enhance our recruiting efforts.
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a positive transition into our organization.

Experience Level:  
- Preferred experience level is 1 to 5 years in recruitment or related fields.

Desired Skills:  
We seek individuals who possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You should be proficient in using recruitment software and have excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with candidates and team members. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will work closely with others to achieve our hiring goals.
