In this role, you’ll be instrumental in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and contributing to student success. As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work closely with educators, families, and administrators to identify strengths, address challenges, and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interpretation
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Previous work in K-12 schools preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and score assessments to determine areas of need for students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and staff regarding effective interventions
• Develop and monitor individualized student plans
• Advocate for students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
