Senior Business Development Manager

Leading the US Business Development Representative (BDR) organization, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will oversee outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation strategies, while coaching and developing BDR Managers and frontline teams to meet revenue goals. Key responsibilities Manage the execution and improvement of the US BDR motion to ensure high-quality pipeline delivery Develop and implement the US BDR pipeline generation strategy aligned with revenue goals and market opportunities Coach and mentor BDR Managers and frontline contributors to enhance performance and prepare them for future roles Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a revenue-focused role in a high-growth environment 4+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, including outbound sales and pipeline generation 4+ years of people leadership experience, managing managers or large frontline sales/BDR teams Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and revenue contribution goals Strong understanding of sales development metrics and performance management in a metrics-driven environment
