Senior Data Analyst

Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity with a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.
Sr. Data Analyst Top Skills- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience working as a data/systems analyst, project management, process improvement, or similar role
- Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI, or similar databases
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will manage company-wide data systems and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop a single source of truth across the organization. Additionally, you will use data-driven approaches to identify root causes of problems and develop new business processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business .
- Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement.
- Identify root causes of problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions.
- Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.
- Experience with analyzing large sets of data , ensuring data integrity through operations management, and tracking and driving systems enhancement tasks and related projects.
- Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI, or similar databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working-level teams as well as executives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience.
- Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
