Our client, a leader in manufacturing and warehouse solutions, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer - Gaylord Box Assembly to join their team in Baytown, TX. As a vital part of the production process, you will support the assembly of Gaylord boxes, contributing to efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: General Laborer - Gaylord Box Assembly

Location: Baytown, TX

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assemble flat Gaylord boxes into octobin containers
• Place assembled boxes securely onto pallets
• Build and attach box lids
• Insert liners and pads into boxes as instructed
• Lift, move, and handle cardboard materials weighing approximately 4050 lbs

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Endurance to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods
• Attention to safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work in a team environment
