EHS Coordinator - Manufacturing - 2nd ShiftThe EHS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.This role is 2nd Shift, the hours are 3:00pm - 11:00pm. You will make an impact by:Leading site EHS Committee, activities, and projects to enable a culture of excellence.Developing and implementing EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits.Driving compliance of OSHA 1910 mandated PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs.Creating training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives.Maintaining updated internal and external EHS relevant systems requiring timely and accurate data entry, i.e., incident reporting system, safety data sheet application, etc.Triaging work-related injuries and illnesses and providing first aid treatment within OSHA guidelines.Delivering First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) training for the onsite first responder team.You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, Will accept work experience in place of degree1-5 years experience in EHS coordinator role or similar position, preferably in manufacturingCertified First Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Bourne Pathogen TrainerWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and OSHA, EPA, and local regulations and reportingProficient computer skills including Outlook and MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a unionized facilityEMS background (EMT-B or EMT-P experience)Experience providing first aid and emergency response in an industrial or manufacturing settingFamiliarity with OSHA first aid requirements and workplace injury triageSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
