Merger & Acquisition Integration - Consulting Senior Manager

Role Overview Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations based in Southfield, Michigan. Responsibilities Provide M&A consulting services, including due diligence and enterprise-wide integration projects. Lead the development of integration vision and goals, identify synergies, and design future target operating models. Manage the Integration Management Office, driving communication, planning, and execution of integrations. Lead and project‑manage functional integration teams to achieve full integration of key processes and people. Develop practice and business‑development initiatives focused on M&A and integration, including targeting executive-level clients, leading pursuits, and closing engagements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; MBA or master’s preferred. 8–12 years of experience, with at least 6 years in M&A integration consulting. Experience managing multiple complex initiatives throughout the M&A life cycle. Strong client‑relationship building at functional and executive levels. Frequent regional travel, up to 50% overnight.
