Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Team Member at Domino's Pizza to provide excellent customer service, take orders, handle phone and in‑person transactions, and maintain store cleanliness. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. Compensation $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Communicate verbally and in written with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Assist with other tasks as needed. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills. Basic math skills and ability to make correct monetary change. Motor coordination and quick hand‑eye coordination. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and lift and stack items up to 72 inches. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather when handling outside tasks. In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F plus. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical Requirements Standing: all tasks performed from standing position. Walking: short distances, ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces; height of work surfaces between 36" and 48". Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking up to 72". Carrying: large cans (3 lbs 7 oz) to storage shelves; occasional heavy items (30 lbs pizza sauce); trays of dough (~12 lbs per tray). Pushing and pulling of trays on dollies; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders; stooping/bending and reaching tasks as noted. Hand tasks: eye–hand coordination, use of tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and use of calculators.
