Develops recruiting strategies, partners with hiring managers and executive leadership, and supports workforce planning across a fast-paced logistics organization. This role manages full-cycle recruitment, builds talent pipelines, and improves hiring processes to support continued growth.As a Recruiting Manager You Will:Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operations, import/export, sales, management, and corporate positions.Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with company growth and workforce planning objectives.Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online tools.Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop hiring plans and staffing strategies.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Coordinate interviews and facilitate an efficient hiring process.Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and staffing progress.Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.Skills and Requirements:Minimum of five years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.At least two years of recruiting experience within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, or related operational industries.Experience recruiting individual contributors and management-level professionals.Experience recruiting sales professionals and operational leadership personnel.Experience supporting recruiting initiatives across multiple locations preferred.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, workforce planning, and recruiting best practices.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.Bilingual English/Mandarin, English/Spanish, or other language skills are a plus.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Benefits:401(k) with company matchCompany-paid medical insuranceCompany-paid dental insuranceCompany-paid vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCareer growth opportunitiesYear-end performance bonus eligibility of up to two months’ base salarySalary Range:110,000–150,000 per yearAsk for: Hersha DwyerClearBridge Executive Search is a nationwide recruiting firm specializing in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Skilled Trades, Healthcare, and Professional Services.
