Role Overview

This position involves spearheading talent acquisition efforts across various departments, including corporate, management, sales, import/export, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations. You will be tasked with formulating recruitment strategies, collaborating with executive leadership and hiring managers, and facilitating workforce planning for a high-velocity logistics company. Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, cultivating talent pipelines, and optimizing hiring workflows to drive organizational expansion.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for corporate, management, sales, import/export, and warehouse roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support the company's workforce planning and growth goals.
• Create and manage job advertisements across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Identify, screen, and assess potential candidates through networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to help define staffing strategies and hiring plans.
• Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure the team can fill critical and difficult roles efficiently.
• Coordinate interview schedules to help streamline the hiring process for all stakeholders.
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to help improve overall hiring activity and progress.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
• Stay informed on labor market trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to help build a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Minimum of two years of experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or freight forwarding sectors.
• Proven experience managing the recruitment of both individual contributors and management-level staff.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring for operational leadership and sales professional roles.
• Experience supporting multi-site recruiting initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in workforce planning, interviewing techniques, and modern sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other major job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is considered a significant advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
