- Provide expert consulting and guidance on performance management processes.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop action plans addressing performance gaps.
- Interpret PG&E policies and procedures for specific situations.
- Conduct internal investigations and support workplace issue resolution.
- Summarize events for review and submission to relevant departments.
- Perform HR Business Partner duties, including senior leader advice and HR program delivery.
- B.A. in Business or Social Sciences.
- 3 to 6 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or specialist role.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issue diagnosis.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources or Labor Relations.
- Master's in Business Administration or Labor Relations.
- Experience working in a union environment.
- Knowledge of PG&E policies and union contracts.
