Interim CDL Driver Recruiter
A leading transportation and logistics company is hiring an Interim CDL Driver Recruiter for an on-site role in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent assignment for a motivated communicator who thrives in high-volume phone environments.

- Pay: $18.00–$23.40/hour upon permanent conversion (plus bonus eligibility)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Call and email prospective driver applicants from job board leads.
- Pre-screen candidates against company and DOT qualification standards.
- Conduct phone interviews and verify work history, driving records, and licenses.
- Log candidate notes and status updates in the Tenstreet database.
- Schedule qualified candidates for orientation and CDL training.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of high-volume call center, customer service, or inside sales experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ATS/database experience).
- Professional phone presence and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas during business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience in CDL driver recruiting or transportation/logistics.
- Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA rules or Tenstreet ATS.
