Responsibilities Source and recruit W-2 sales professionals for DFW-based roles Utilize LinkedIn, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed to identify and engage candidates Maintain candidate tracking and pipeline management using LinkedIn as an interim ATS Partner closely with Sales Manager to align recruiting strategy with business growth Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales talent to account for ongoing attrition Qualifications 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ZoomInfo, and Indeed Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive communicator Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with minimal structure Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced culture #J-18808-Ljbffr GTN Technical Staffing
