Position Overview This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high‑energy Fitness Sales Recruiter who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members . You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program.
