Our kitchen is built around scratch-made cooking, quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and consistent execution. In this role, you’ll prepare food for both restaurant service and occasional banquet events, giving you the opportunity to build a wider range of culinary skills in a professional hotel environment. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients, staying organized during busy service, and contributing to a team-focused kitchen, we’d love to meet you. Requirements Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Complete daily prep lists and properly stock your assigned station. Set up, maintain , and break down stations for service. Monitor food quality, portioning, temperature, timing, and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation. Follow all sanitation and food-handling standards. Support banquet preparation, production, and execution when needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with the culinary team during service. Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products. Assist with inventory awareness and minimizing food waste. Support general kitchen cleanliness and other duties as assigned. Summary One to two years of line-cook experience is preferred. Scratch-kitchen or full-service restaurant experience is a plus. A strong work ethic and pride in preparing quality food. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen . Attention to detail, consistency, and food presentation. Strong communication and a team-first attitude. Dependability and punctuality. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe or another recognized food-safety certification is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and work safely around hot equipment. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when needed.
